James Harris

James Harris has over two decades of experience in technical services and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services for EMEA and APAC at Synamedia since September 2001. Previously, James held various leadership roles, including Head of Advanced Integration in Professional Services and Technical Engineering Manager at Synamedia. Prior to that, James worked at Cisco from January 2009 to October 2018 as Technical Engineering Manager, Technical Engineering Leader, and Project Engineer. Having started in the industry at Scientific Atlanta, A Cisco Company, James progressed through roles such as Systems Engineer and Senior Applications Engineer UK. Early career experience includes positions at Nortel Networks as a Serviceware Solutions Consultant and at WORKPLACE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and ntl as a Network Management Consultant. James Harris completed education at City of London Freemen's School between 1993 and 1998.
