Previously, Ravindra held roles as Service Assurance Incident Manager and OTT NOC Manager at Synamedia, focusing on incident management and overseeing a 24/7 Network Operation Center for OTT services. Prior to this, Ravindra spent over two decades at Astro as a Senior Project Engineer, gaining extensive experience in broadcast technology and project management. Ravindra's educational background includes a degree from the Federal Institute of Technology, completed between 1993 and 1996.
