Jan Rosenberg

Jan Rosenberg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Currently, Jan is the Head of Agile Strategies & Operations at SYNAOS, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jan worked as an Agile Coach at SYNAOS from February 2021 to May 2022.

In addition to their work at SYNAOS, Jan is also a Co-host of the German-language podcast agilatoren.com at Agilatoren, a role they began in December 2021.

Before joining SYNAOS and Agilatoren, Jan worked at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions. They served as an Expert Agility Master, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master from November 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Jan held the position of Junior Expert Scrum Master from June 2018 to November 2019.

Jan's work experience also includes a position as a Projectmanager at CORE4 GmbH & Co. KG from April 2016 to May 2018.

Before joining CORE4 GmbH & Co. KG, Jan worked at RessourcenReich GmbH as a Junior Projectmanager from April 2015 to April 2016 and as a Projectmanagement Trainee from October 2014 to March 2015.

Jan began their career as a Financial Service Trainee at tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG from May 2014 to September 2014.

Lastly, Jan also has experience at CMM GMBH, where they worked as a Productmanager from July 2012 to April 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Business trainer in audiovisual media from August 2009 to June 2012 and as a Productmanagement Trainee from February 2009 to July 2009.
