Stuart Clarke MBE

Stuart Clarke MBE has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2014, they became the Director of Paceline Strategy & PR, where they helped tech scaleups and startups build their brands and connect with key influencers. From 2015, Stuart took on the role of Festival Director for the Leeds Digital Festival, which grew to become the largest and most open tech event in the UK. In 2020, they became an Adviser for Coact, a web-based client reporting tool that automates reporting processes. Additionally, Stuart served as a Non-Executive Director for Synap Education, a learning management system, and The Grad Soc. Stuart also took the role of Interim Chair for Yorkshire Dance, a dance development organization. In 2022, Stuart became an Industry Advisory Board Member for the Manchester Tech Festival. Stuart was also a Founding Board Member for the Leeds Digital Ball, an annual non-profit charity event supporting the local tech ecosystem, and The New Monday, a creative community in film and television. Lastly, Stuart served on the External Affairs & Stewardship Subcommittee for Leeds Community Foundation, an organization that distributes grants and supports community organizations.
