Sarah Shenstone-Harris

Sarah Shenstone-Harris is a Senior Associate at Synapse Energy Economics since October 2022, specializing in research and consulting on energy-sector issues, including electric vehicles and clean energy. Previously, as an Integrated Resource Analyst at Reading Municipal Light Department, Sarah contributed to wholesale power supply strategies and energy efficiency programs. A Climate and Energy Planner at ICLEI Canada, Sarah led community energy planning projects, while prior roles included a Research Analyst position at Sustainable Development Technology Canada and outreach efforts at Environmental Defence. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen's University and a Master's of Science in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Ottawa.
