Justyna Rivera's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Justyna started their career in 2005 at Alliance Limousine as an Affiliate Manager and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Affiliate Manager at Signature Transportation. In 2009, they joined CTS Limousine as a Reservationist and stayed there until 2011. Justyna then worked at Cartus as an Expatriate Assignment Consultant from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Synapse Group Inc., starting as an Account Coordinator for Sales and Marketing and progressing to roles such as Associate Account Manager, Manager-Branded Continuity, Retention Manager, and currently as an Associate Product Owner.

Justyna Rivera completed their education in the following chronological order. Justyna attended Norwalk Community College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an ABS degree in Marketing. Justyna then went on to Western Connecticut State University from 2008 to 2011 and earned a BBA degree in Marketing. Additionally, Justyna Rivera obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
