Katherine Szewczyk's work experience begins in 2014 as an Associate at Panera Bread. In 2015, they worked as an International Marketing Intern at Tasly. The following year, they became a Marketing and Management Intern at A Storybook Image. From 2013 to 2017, while studying Business Administration at Sacred Heart University, they held various roles including Sports Event Staff, Business Administration Student, Welch Mentor at the Jack Welch College of Business, and Research Assistant at the Jack Welch College of Business. After graduating, they joined the Information Technology Department at Sacred Heart University as a Level 1 IT Senior Technician. Later, they became a Graduate Assistant in the same department. In 2019, they joined Synapse Group Inc. as a Marketing Operations Coordinator. Katherine then progressed to become an Operations Specialist and is currently serving as an Operations Manager.

Katherine Szewczyk completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Sacred Heart University from 2013 to 2017. Katherine then pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the same university from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Katherine has obtained several certifications. Katherine received the Oracle Database 12c: Basic SQL certification from LinkedIn in November 2019. In October 2019, they completed the certifications in Learning SQL Programming, Programming Foundations: Databases, and SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, all from LinkedIn. Katherine also obtained the MySQL Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in September 2019. Furthermore, in March 2019, Katherine acquired the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite. Finally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
