Tim Frederick

Tim Frederick's work experience includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Synapse Health since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director Of Engineering at Alto Pharmacy from April 2020 to August 2023. From September 2015 to April 2020, Tim was a Senior Engineering Manager at Uber, where they managed various engineering teams. Before that, they held roles as Director of Engineering and Director of Program Management at Lithium Technologies from June 2012 to September 2015. Tim also worked at 3VR as Director of Product Management and Director of Engineering from August 2004 to June 2012, and as a Management Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from August 2000 to August 2004. Tim started their career as a Design Engineer at Product Design Group from 1995 to 1998.

Tim Frederick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. Tim also has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, they hold a Master's degree from MIT Sloan School of Management in Management, specializing in Leaders for Manufacturing Fellowship.
