Cody Sklar

Cody Sklar, Co-Founder & COO at Synapse International, has a background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and IT recruitment. Cody founded TalentSnap, a pioneering AI tool in the recruitment industry before it merged with Synapse. Prior to that, Cody worked as an Account Manager at Montreal Recruitment Agency and honed their marketing skills at Lockwood Financial Ltd. Additionally, Cody briefly served as a Training Camp Assistant with the Montreal Alouettes. Cody holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
