Paul Robertson

Paul Robertson has extensive work experience in the field of new product introduction (NPI). Paul is currently the Director of New Product Introduction at Synapse Product Development, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head for New Product Introduction from January 2019 to December 2021, and as an NPI Manager from July 2017 to January 2019 at the same company. Before joining Synapse, Paul worked at RANDYS Worldwide Automotive as an NPI Program Manager from February 2014 to March 2015. At RANDYS, they were responsible for starting a joint venture in Taiwan to manufacture automotive differentials and successfully directed solutions to technical challenges during the production line setup. Prior to RANDYS, Paul worked at Li & Fung Limited as a Program Manager, Plastics and Electronics from November 2010 to February 2014. Paul managed the LevelUp division and successfully navigated the department through two acquisitions. Additionally, Paul served as the Head of Engineering at PCSI Design from September 2006 to June 2009 and as a Design Engineer and Engineering Intern at Dinan Engineering from May 2005 to September 2006 and from May 2003 to September 2005, respectively. At Dinan Engineering, they were responsible for developing projects from inception to production and had experience in designing for various manufacturing processes. Paul possesses excellent communication skills.

Paul Robertson attended Monterey Bay Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their high school diploma. Paul then went on to study Mechanical Engineering at Walla Walla University from 1999 to 2004.
