Natalie Holland

Natalie (Tanke) Holland, PhD, serves as the Associate Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Synapse, where they develop strategic insights and educational content for healthcare providers. They previously founded MedRAC@UNC, an organization aimed at networking within medical and regulatory affairs. Natalie has a diverse background in research, having worked on projects ranging from regenerative medicine to bacteriophages, and holds a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Their early experiences included managing a dairy farm and working in various research capacities, which enriched their understanding of both animal care and scientific inquiry.
