Jonathan Gomez

Jonathan Gomez, MD, currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at SynapseTBI, overseeing the clinical direction of diagnostic and therapeutic programs for traumatic brain injury. In addition to this role, Jonathan works as an Independent Neurology Consultant, interpreting neurological evaluations for patients with suspected TBI. As a Ringside Physician for the Florida State Athletic Commission, Jonathan ensures athlete safety during combat sports events. Jonathan's extensive background includes experience as a Fellow in Interventional Spine & Pain Management at Larkin Health System, and leadership roles as Chief Resident in Neurology and a member of the Graduate Medical Education Committee at Larkin Community Hospital. As Vice President of JAG Property Holdings, Jonathan manages commercial properties. Additionally, Jonathan provides in-home assessments as a Home Health Physician for Signify Health. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Nova Southeastern University.
