Mohammad Elashi

Mohammad Elashi has had a diverse and successful career in various industries. Mohammad is the co-founder and CEO of Dynamic SLR, a company that offers solar sales force access to financing, customer leads, and other resources. Mohammad also founded Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, the largest pediatric outpatient rehab facility in DFW, specializing in speech and occupational therapy. Additionally, Elashi is the founder of Synaptic Management, which focuses on acquiring and managing businesses with growth potential. Mohammad is a shareholder and board member of All American Flooring, a popular flooring brand in DFW. Elashi also co-founded Synaptic Solar, which merged with Dynamic SLR in 2023 and became the fourth-largest residential solar company in Texas. Overall, Elashi has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success in various industries.

Mohammad Elashi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Healthcare Management from the same institution, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, from 2014 to 2017.
