Yousuf Elashi is an experienced professional in the solar energy industry, currently serving as Partner and Operational Development at Synaptic Solar, LLC since August 2016. In this role, Yousuf oversees all field operations, focusing on training, performance monitoring, project management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to this, Yousuf worked as a self-employed Solar Power Consultant from June 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included advising clients on project preparations, providing cost estimates, and managing contractor relationships. Yousuf holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, which was completed in 2016.
