Rashmi Jain

Rashmi Jain has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Data Analyst at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2016. Rashmi then moved to EY as a Tax Analyst in 2017. In 2018, they took on a Research Assistant role at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. From there, they became a Research Associate at the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies in 2019. In 2021, they joined Zinnov as a Research Analyst, supporting the Draup Platform for their Talent Analytics Platform. Finally, in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Analyst at Draup, and in 2023, they became a Research Manager at Synaptic.

Rashmi Jain obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics Honours from MCM DAV College For Women between 2012 and 2015. Rashmi then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Christ University, Bangalore between 2015 and 2017. In October 2020, they obtained a certification from Coursera through University of Michigan.
