Varun Bharadwaj

Varun Bharadwaj is a Control Engineer at Synapticon since May 2021, specializing in the design of control algorithms for robot motion control and conducting research in advanced motion control. Prior to this role, Varun held positions as a Predevelopment Intern and Master Thesis Student, where responsibilities included designing control algorithms and conducting a detailed study on optimizing synchronous three-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSMs). Varun's experience also includes an internship as a Test Automation Engineer, focusing on firmware specifications and robotics, as well as a role as a System Engineer at Infosys and a Junior Engineer at Synergy Marine Group. Varun holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics from Universität Siegen and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
