Kathleen Beach is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, people strategy, and operational excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of People at Synapticure, Kathleen focuses on cultivating a people-first culture to support exceptional patient-centered care. Previously, as Head of Talent Management, HR Operations, and Total Rewards at Twist Bioscience, Kathleen managed rapid growth from 150 to over 1,000 employees while overseeing talent management, HR operations, and engagement. Kathleen's experience also includes leadership roles at Endless, Learning for Action, and San Francisco State University, among others. Kathleen holds an MA in Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University and dual bachelor's degrees in Biology and Music from UC San Diego.
