Lucian Bicsi

Lucian Bicsi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucian is currently working at Synaptiq.io as the CTO & Co-founder, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an ML Researcher at Synaptiq.io from June 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Synaptiq.io, Lucian worked as a Full Stack Engineer at RoboSelf from October 2019 to April 2020. Lucian also gained experience as a Development Intern at Jane Street from July 2019 to October 2019.

In 2018, Lucian was employed as a Software Engineer Intern at Google, where they worked from July 2018 to October 2018. Lucian had a previous internship at Bloomberg LP as an Engineering Intern from July 2017 to September 2017.

Lucian's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer at Atooom Industry and Resources SRL. Lucian worked there from July 2016 to June 2017, focusing on developing cross-platform mobile applications in Xamarin and .NET, primarily working on the client-side of the applications.

Lucian Bicsi's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, which was attained between 2014 and 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same university, completing it from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in the University of Bucharest's Doctor of Philosophy program, specializing in Computer Science. Lucian Bicsi is expected to graduate with a PhD in 2023.
