Roxana Sabau

Roxana Sabau's work experience includes serving as Co-Founder & CBO at Synaptiq.io since October 2020, and Product Owner at accesa.eu since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Analyst at MHP – A Porsche Company from November 2017 to January 2021, and as an Intern at MHP – A Porsche Company from July 2017 to October 2017. Roxana also had a short internship at Kronospan in June 2016, and at EPMC Consulting from February 2016 to June 2016.

Roxana Sabau has an extensive education history. In 2011, they obtained their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National Lucian Blaga Sebes. Roxana then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they also studied the German language at Heidelberg University. Continuing their education, Roxana completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2018 to 2020.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the "Göethe - Zertifikat C1" from Goethe-Institut e.V. in October 2019. In 2020, they completed the Robotic Process Automation Starter Training from UiPath Academy. The same year, they also attained the "RPA Business Analysis Fundamentals" certification from UiPath Academy. In 2021, Roxana pursued Agile Methodology studies at Transilvania Digitala Inovativa 2.0. Additionally, they obtained the "ServiceNow Fundamentals" certification from Now Learning - ServiceNow in 2021.

Furthermore, Roxana has acquired additional certifications. Roxana obtained the "Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO 1)" and "Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)" certifications from Scrum.org in March 2023.
