Zhiyan Fu

Zhiyan Fu is a data scientist with extensive experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and bioinformatics. They published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, accruing more than 2000 citations. Zhiyan has held significant positions, including Principal Data Scientist at IHiS since 2016, Chief Scientific Computing Officer at the Genome Institute of Singapore from 2012 to 2016, and Director of the Bioinformatics Core Facility at The Wistar Institute from 2009 to 2011. Zhiyan earned a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2007 and previously served as a Research Scientist at Signal Patterns from 2007 to 2009.
