Judite Lucas

Judite Lucas has worked for a variety of companies since 2001. Judite began their career as a Sales Representative at Cross Trainer in 2001, followed by a role as Promotional Manager at V Energy Drink in 2003. In 2005, they took on the role of Human Resource Manager and Brand Manager - Spike Energy Drink at USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition. Judite then moved to PeopleSA as a Human Capital Consultant in 2007. In 2008, Judite became a Trainer at Circle and Square Business Management. Judite returned to PeopleSA - Intellectual Resource Consultants in 2009 as a Human Capital Consultant, before taking on the role of Consulting Industrial Psychologist at Automotive Training Academy in 2012. In 2014, they became an Industrial Psychologist at Pretorius Inc. and then moved to Perago in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager. Most recently, in 2021, Judite took on the role of Head of Human Resources at Synatic.

Judite Lucas completed their Mcom in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bcom (Honores) in Human Resource Management from the same university in 2006. Judite also earned a Bcom in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2003-2005. In 2007, Judite Lucas obtained an Associated Certified Meta-Coach (ACMC) from the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS). Judite also completed Coaching Essentials and Coaching Genius from the same institution in 2007.
