Juli Spottiswood

Juli Spottiswood is the current Chairman & CEO at Syncapay. Juli has a long and successful history in the corporate world, starting with their co-founding of Parago in 1999. Juli served as the President & CEO of Parago until it's sale to Blackhawk Network for $291 million in 2014.

At Blackhawk Network, Juli served as a Strategic Advisor and then as GM of Blackhawk Engagement Solutions before leaving in December 2016. Prior to Blackhawk Network, Juli was with Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM).

Juli is an experienced business leader with a proven track record in driving strategic expansion, innovation, and improving customer interactions. Juli is also an ardent advocate for clients and customers, helping blue chip clients around the world run some of the most successful and award-winning incentive and engagement programs. Under Juli's leadership, Parago was named to both the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and the Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplaces lists. In 2009, Juli was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest region.

Juli Spottiswood has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
