Jung-Chi Liao is the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of SYNCELL INC. With previous experience as a Research Fellow at Academia Sinica and an Assistant Professor at Columbia University. Liao holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MS from the same institution, and a BS from National Taiwan University.
