Hari Iyer

Hari Iyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of SyncEzy since 2013, Hari has focused on integrating leading business applications for enhanced operational efficiency. In addition, since February 2021, Hari serves as an Office Hours Advisor for Startup Victoria, providing guidance to startup founders. Prior to these roles, from 2011 to 2017, Hari worked at Boeing as a Design Engineer, contributing to the design and development of the Boeing 787 Wing flaps. Other significant experiences include tenure at Futuris Automotive as a Design Engineer specializing in seating systems, and positions at Concentric Asia Pacific and Boeing, where valuable engineering and design capabilities were honed. Educationally, Hari holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering and diplomas in Tool and Die Making from Nettur Technical Training Foundation.
