Urs Breitmeier

Urs Breitmeier is an Advisor at SyncFab and has held various other positions throughout their career. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Group Chief Executive Officer at RUAG. During their time there, they were responsible for the company's growth and key figures. From 2011 to 2013, they were the CEO of RUAG Defence Division and from 2001 to 2010, they were the CEO of RUAG Land Systems Division. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Malik from 2000 to 2001 and a Sales Marketing Manager at CALOTRON from 1996 to 2000. Urs started their career as a Process Engineer at Optics Balzers AG in 1996 and then became a Maintenance Engineer at Lonza: A Global Leader In Life Sciences from 1987 to 1991.

Urs Breitmeier received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technikum Winterthur (University of applied science). Urs then went on to earn a Dipl Phys ETH in Physics from ETH Zürich. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University at Albany, SUNY.
