Srilatha Rajamani

Srilatha Rajamani has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Srilatha started their career in 1994 as a Production Assistant Manager at Goldwire Advertising, where they supervised a team of 10 artists and computer technicians in print media production. Srilatha then worked as a Student Teacher at New Haven Unified School District, teaching elementary and middle school students and incorporating technology and multisensory approaches into their lesson plans.

In 2004, Srilatha joined Franklin-McKinley School District as a Classroom Teacher, where they implemented structured, standards-based, cross-curricular thematic content and provided support systems for students with unique learning needs.

In 2005, they took on the role of Office Manager at Phulaxis, Inc, before joining Syncfusion Inc in 2006 as a Technical Support Manager. In this role, they managed the corporate Platinum and Gold support programs, served as a technical subject matter expert, and collaborated with the marketing team on various marketing materials and sales tools.
