Rikki Prince

Rikki Prince currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Synch since December 2024. Previously, Rikki was a Senior Software Engineer at Lumos from November 2022 to November 2024, contributing to the development of a spend and savings product. Rikki also held the position of Senior Software Developer at Clio from November 2020 to October 2022, focusing on key features of Clio Manage and addressing legacy code issues. At Nureva Inc., from January 2018 to November 2020, Rikki worked as a Software Developer and Scrum Master, guiding best practices in DevOps and automation. Rikki's academic career includes a Teaching Fellow role at the University of Southampton from February 2012 to September 2017, overseeing various computer science courses and supervising numerous research projects, as well as serving as a Research Assistant on a data integration project at the same institution in 2011-2012.
