Yamaga Tchamatou Florent is an experienced expert in integrating Genesys and Avaya solutions, currently serving as an Ingénieur Expert at Synchrone Fr since December 2017, while also providing expertise for Covéa since May 2021. Prior experiences include technical leadership on Genesys projects at Société Générale and conducting audits for Club Med.
