Jason Carnevale

Jason Carnevale has worked in the IT field since 2005. Theirfirst role was as a Roadrunner Tech Support Level 2 at Time Warner Cable from 2005 to 2006. Jason then moved on to Best Buy, where they worked as a Geek Squad In-Home Technician from 2006 to 2008. Since 2008, they have been employed at SynchroNet Industries Inc., first as a Virtual Chief Information Officer and currently as a Centralized Service Administrator. In this role, they are the current administrator of ConnectWise Automate and is responsible for performing software upgrades, creating dataviews, scripts, and managing plugins. Jason also has a vast knowledge of ConnectWise Control, Manage, WebRoot, and Sentinel One.

Jason Carnevale attended Canisius College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
