Currently serving as a Business Consultant at Synchronized Financial Consultants Inc., Dustin also co-founded and directs Synchronized Agency Inc., which focuses on supporting advisors and their clients, as well as Synchronized Employee Benefits Corporation, specializing in designing exceptional benefits programs for companies. Previously, Dustin co-founded and served as President of Synchronized Investments and Insurance Solutions Corporation until its successful sale in April 2022, after serving as an Advisor at Sun Life from 2011 to 2022, prior to its merger into Synchronized Investments. Additionally, Dustin held the position of Director at the Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2016.
