Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Paul started their career as the Head of PrePaid Development at Eircell Ltd, where they successfully delivered platforms and projects to support the growth of prepaid mobile services. Paul then transitioned to Vodafone Ireland, where they worked as a Business Change Manager and later became the Head of Technology Programmes, managing major transformation programs and ensuring effective stakeholder management. After that, they joined Airtricity as the Director of IT and Change Programmes, overseeing critical programs and implementing efficient business processes. Subsequently, Paul worked at Instant Results as the Head of Operations, where they improved efficiency and established a process structure. Paul then held roles as a Programme Manager at NewBay Software, eircom, and O2 Ireland, managing IT projects and process improvement initiatives. Paul also volunteered for parkrun, providing logistic support and mentorship for new events. Paul currently holds the position of Director of Engineering PMO at Synchronoss Technologies, leading Agile Transformation and Business Change initiatives.

Paul Richardson has a diverse education history. Paul obtained their Leaving Cert from Belvedere College in 1985. Paul went on to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from University College Dublin in 2002-2003. Paul then completed an International Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2000-2002 and an MBA from Smurfit School of Business in 2002-2004. In 2008, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Process Engineering from SQT and a Professional Diploma in Managing IT for Business Value from Maynooth University. Additionally, Paul Richardson has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various subjects such as emotional intelligence, project management, remote working, and digital transformation.
