Barbra Flowers

Barbra Flowers, CRCM, CAFP, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk management and compliance training. Currently serving as VP of Risk and Credit Learning and Development at Synchrony since April 2013, Barbra leads cross-functional initiatives for employee training and professional development while overseeing the Risk Business Leadership Program. Previous roles at Synchrony include VP Sr Risk Testing Manager and VP Consumer Bank Compliance, where Barbra managed comprehensive testing processes and provided strategic oversight on compliance matters. Barbra's earlier experience at Hancock Bank as Assistant Vice President and Compliance Specialist involved developing training programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Barbra holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a BA in Economics from Centre College.
