Bianca Diehl

Bianca Diehl is a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion champion with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the Mosaic Leadership Institute and a Diversity Talent Advisor at Synchrony since December 2014, Bianca focuses on connecting diverse talent with impactful career opportunities. Bianca also has a leadership role as an ERG Lead for Juntos Podemos at AMS, where commitment to Hispanic and Latin American heritage and allies is evident. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Lead for Recruitment and Principal Resource Specialist at AMS, as well as a Recruiting Coordinator at Navigant. Bianca's foundational career began as an Attorney Recruiting Assistant at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Academically, Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Organizational and Multicultural Communication, a Bachelor of Arts in Relational, Group, and Organizational Communication from DePaul University, and studied at The Ohio State University and St. Ignatius College Prep.
