Callie Merritt-Jones

Callie Merritt-Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Home & Auto Client Initiatives at Synchrony since August 2023, Callie has previously held senior roles within Synchrony, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Strategy and Transformation. Prior to Synchrony, Callie contributed to Google as Associate City Manager in Kansas City and held multiple leadership positions at Sprint, where significant achievements included managing a $120 million P&L and leading initiatives that improved customer experience and service strategy. Callie's career began at Navigant Consulting, and academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from Howard University.
