Carlos Vincent Capucion

Carlos Vincent Capucion is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility and customer service management. Since January 2016, Carlos has served as the Assistant Vice President for Corporate Social Responsibility at Synchrony, where responsibilities include leading the Corporate Citizenship strategy for Synchrony Philippines. Prior work experience includes roles as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and Customer Service Manager at ScopeWorks Asia, Inc., and as Operations Manager at GE Capital, where Carlos held various customer service positions from May 2007 to January 2015. Earlier experience includes work as a Process Associate at HSBC from May 2006 to May 2007. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, earned from 2002 to 2006.
