Curtis Roy

Curtis Roy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management and site leadership, currently serving as the SVP of Hub Transformation & Initiatives Leader at Synchrony since November 2015. Roy is responsible for driving global hub engagement and optimizing workspace for enhanced employee and customer satisfaction. Prior roles at Synchrony include SVP of West Region Operations Leader and Site Leader in Kettering and Charlotte, where leadership encompassed managing significant teams and client accounts while focusing on operational excellence and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to Synchrony, Roy held various roles at GE Capital and JCPenney, where expertise included collections and human resources management. Curtis Roy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
