Dan Arons

Dan Arons is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, deal pricing, and financial analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Synchrony since 2014, Dan leads all aspects of acquisition strategies, relationships with financial services executives, and cross-functional integration processes. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Finance at GE Capital, where Dan managed the deal pricing for retail credit card portfolios, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Barclays. Dan's earlier career included significant contributions at Bank of America and Exelon, focusing on financial analysis, valuation, and corporate planning. Dan holds an MBA in Finance from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
