Douglas Steare

Douglas Steare has a wealth of experience in the tax field, having held various leadership positions at companies such as Synchrony, GE Capital, Lear Corporation, and Ernst & Young. With a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Douglas is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Tax Officer at Synchrony. Prior to this role, Douglas was responsible for global tax compliance at GE Capital America's and held senior tax positions at Lear Corporation and Ernst & Young.
