Elizabeth Caraballo

Elizabeth Caraballo, MS-HRD, SHRM-SCP, has over three decades of extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP of HR for Global Service Delivery & Transformation at Synchrony, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles, including oversight of diverse talent strategy and employee relations for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Key accomplishments include redesigning organizational structures, developing a successful Marketing Excellence program, and minimizing company risk through best practices in compliance. In addition to a prominent tenure at GE Capital, which included implementing major billing changes under the CARD Act, Elizabeth's career began at MBNA America Bank, where progression from telemarketing representative to First Vice President was achieved. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a BS in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.
