Erika Scrugham has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as VP, Head of North America Benefits at Synchrony. Previously, Erika held multiple VP roles at Synchrony, including VP, Talent and Employee Success and VP Human Resources Talent Development. Erika's background also includes significant roles at Frito-Lay as a Human Resources Business Partner for Corporate Functions and as an HR Business Partner for Field operations. Earlier in Erika's career, experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at PepsiCo provided a strong foundation in recruitment and talent strategies.
