Fallon Mosia has held various roles in the benefits and fitness sectors, currently serving as AVP of Benefits at Synchrony. Previously, Fallon worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst and Benefits and Rewards Analyst at Synchrony. A strong background in fitness training is also evident, with experience as an F45 Trainer at F45 Training and as a Health Fitness Professional and Specialist at HealthFitness.
