Jordan Berry

Jordan Berry is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and threat intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Security Engineering at Synchrony since November 2021, Jordan has also held the role of Vice President, Detection & Response Engineering Leader. Prior to this, Jordan worked at Truist from September 2016 to November 2021 as Senior Vice President and Senior Cybersecurity Manager, focusing on cyber operations development and automation, and served in various capacities including Lead Security Automation Developer & Engineer and Principal Threat Intelligence Analyst at BB&T, now Truist. Jordan's earlier experience includes a position as Principal Threat Intelligence Analyst at FireEye, Inc. and as an Intelligence Analyst specializing in cybersecurity and technology at the Central Intelligence Agency. Education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina (2022-2024) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University (2007-2011).
