Kim Lankie

Kim Lankie has extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and US Collections at Synchrony since July 2014. Prior roles at Synchrony include Senior Vice President of Governance & Operational Excellence and Senior Vice President of Customer Care, as well as Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to Synchrony, Kim held multiple senior vice president positions at GE Capital from July 1991 to July 2014, including Senior Vice President of Sourcing & Labor Strategies and Chief Operating Officer. Kim holds a degree from Southern Methodist University, obtained between 1987 and 1991, and attended Broken Arrow Senior High School.
