Len Ricks

Len Ricks is the AVP of CareCredit Network Expansion at Synchrony, bringing over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and sales from their tenure with Synchrony Financial and General Electric. Previously, Len served in various roles including Sales Manager and Process Assurance Manager at CareCredit, where they focused on enhancing sales and ensuring process accuracy. Len participated in a Management Development Program that involved rotations across several key operational areas. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Morehouse College and are Green Belt Certified, having worked as an in-process Black Belt on multiple projects.
