Lizzie Massey

Lizzie Massey serves as the SVP and GM at Synchrony, with prior experience as SVP of Product Capabilities. At American Express Global Business Travel, Lizzie held roles as VP and GM, as well as VP of Product for Online and Mobile at American Express. Early in the career at GE Money, Lizzie acted as VP and General Manager for PayPal and eBay, and held positions including European PR and Communications Director, Director of Client Management, and Client General Manager at GE. Lizzie earned a BA (Hons) in American Studies (Literature) from the University of Sussex between 1988 and 1992.
