Rachana Bahadur

Rachana Bahadur currently serves as Senior Vice President and Country Head for India at Synchrony, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rachana was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from June 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included co-heading India Operations and leading the Asset & Wealth Management presence in Bangalore and Hyderabad, as well as being the global head of Enterprise Operations within Asset and Wealth Management. Rachana's previous experience includes a Managing Director role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2008 to May 2018, overseeing the Consumer & Community Banking Centralized Operations - Service & Resolution Division. Rachana also held significant positions at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte & Touche. Rachana holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York, with early education received at Welham Girls' School in Dehra-Dun, India.
