Ritesh Damodar is a seasoned data professional with a strong background in data analysis and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Synchrony since August 2025, Ritesh previously worked as a Data Analyst at LatentView Analytics from July 2022 to August 2025, focusing on enhancing marketing efficiency and operational performance for global clients through data-driven solutions. Ritesh has also contributed to various roles in extracurricular organizations at NIT Jamshedpur, including serving as a Technical Team Member for the Mechanical Engineering Society, an Event Coordinator for OJASS, and a Training and Placement Coordinator for the Soft Skills Club. Ritesh is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
