River Eberly

River Eberly has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President at Synchrony since September 2014, where responsibilities include serving as a Global HR Business Partner and leading various health and wellness initiatives. River has a demonstrated history of managing HR programs and strategies across multiple regions, including the United States, Philippines, and India, and has played pivotal roles in enhancing employee relations, diversity initiatives, and operational excellence. River's work also encompasses program design for leadership development and the management of employee analytics. Prior to Synchrony, River gained experience at GE Capital as a Collections Representative. River holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
