Shwetha Shukla possesses extensive experience in operations and risk management, holding various leadership positions at Synchrony from October 2014 to December 2021, including Vice President of Credit Lifecycle and Assistant Vice President roles in Credit Supplier & Surveillance, Analytics, Automation & Remediation, and Quality Monitoring Operations. Prior experience at GE Capital from September 2002 to September 2014 involved roles such as Manager of Fraud Risk Operations and Assistant Manager positions focusing on investigations, learning and coaching development, and customer services. Shwetha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Badruka College of Commerce.
