Stu Ramos has over 20 years of experience in operational leadership and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President Relationship Leader at Synchrony since October 2007, Stu has also held positions as Vice President Operations and Assistant Vice President Operations, focusing on managing and mentoring Customer Service Managers while overseeing key metrics. Prior to this role, Stu worked as a Resolutions Specialist Manager at Dell, where the focus was on coaching team members for future managerial roles. Additionally, as Operations Manager at Sykes, Stu developed client partnerships and managed recruitment efforts to enhance business growth and client satisfaction. Stu holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College.
